About us
We provide plumbing and heating services to the Basingstoke, Tadley, Pamber Heath, Silchester and surrounding areas. We take great care in ensuring that our work in your home is carried out to a high standard and in a clean, tidy and professional manner.
Tyler joined the company in 2018 as an apprentice. He attended Basingstoke College of Technology on day release and gained his City and Guilds Level 2 plumbing in 2021 and Level 3 gas engineering in 2023.
Clive helps out Iain with all the administration aspects of the company, helping with estimates, scheduling work, invoicing, bookkeeping and keeping an eye on the finances.
Iain started the company in 2015. He grew up in the Pamber Heath and Silchester area and now lives in Basingstoke. He has been working in plumbing and heating for 23 years since leaving school and has City & Guilds Level 2 in plumbing and Level 3 in gas engineering.
Jackson joined the company in 2024 as an apprentice. He had already attained City & Guilds Level 2 plumbing on a full time course at Basingstoke College of Technology. He is on track to attain Level 3 gas engineering in 2026.
Our services
We undertake all aspects of plumbing and heating. Whether it’s just a tap repair or replacement, toilet not flushing, radiator or pipe leaks, gas boiler service, a new gas boiler, new radiators, heating problems to a full bathroom refurb, we can help.

We are Gas Safe registered (https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk), registration number 558453, so are able to carry out all gas related work, including Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) for rental properties.

We are fully insured with £2,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.
